I wonder if the eventual laying of hands on the Holy Grail of those missing items to make up the entire collection would be a bad or a good thing? Can I ask how long you have been gathering this fantastic collection for?

Hi John, Having recently had the missing titles in my hand courtesy of PAN I thought it would be a real anticlimax after but instead it has spurred me on to get my own copies. Even when I do have the known four elusive titles that is not the end as I'm sure there must be unknow ones and then there are the infinite number of variations of cover, possibly getting all firsts, finding editions printed overseas etc. And if I do grind to a halt with PAN I've always got my Hodder and Stoughton to fall back on! As for when I started I think it must have been in the late seventies when I looked on the shelf and saw all the James Bonds and a few other PANs in a row and it was all down hill from there on. I started the website in 1991 and still try to do a bit every week. I have over 600 covers to add from the later years but still had the familiar logo on the spine plus a few others just because I like the cover itself. Keep in touch, Tim
